T4C, in collaboration with the Senior Outreach Club at Lick-Wilmerding High School, created heartfelt holiday cards for patients and caretakers.
In partnership with a retirement home, T4C hosted a Adopt-A-Grandprent event. Students did activities with residents and became pen pals with them!
T4C will soon create cultural care kits for Alzheimer's patients that remind them of home.
