T4C, in collaboration with the Senior Outreach Club at Lick-Wilmerding High School, created heartfelt holiday cards for patients and caretakers.
In partnership with a retirement home, T4C hosted a Adopt-A-Grandprent event. Students did activities with residents and became pen pals with them!
T4C will soon be customizing patient's rooms based on their previous homes. This will hopefully instill a sense of comfort and familiarity within patients.
